Iain Morgan - Machine Operator - Converters

On leaving school in 1986 Iain became a trainee pipefitter in an industrial heating company in Stourbridge.  He was to complete his training and stay with the company for three years. Iain joined Cascades (later RDM) as a Guillotine Operator, later becoming a Production Operator. In 2005 he had a further promotion to the role of Production Team leader, managing a team of three, working a two shift system.

Iain stayed with the company until February 2014 when Warren purchased the assets of Reno De Medici UK's Wednesbury plant.  In the newly formed Warren Converting facility in West Bromwich Iain is one of the Production Operators; a role which involves the sheeting, guillotining and rewinding of the board. He also assists with general building and machinery maintenance as well as assisting in matters of health and safety.

Iain lives with his wife and two daughters in the town of Netherton in the West Midlands.
