British Paper and Board
Trade Customs
Except where inconsistent with these conditions or with the express
terms of any contract between the Seller and the Buyer, the tolerances
as stated by the British Paper & Board Trade Customs for the time
being in force shall apply to material actually converted by the Seller.
In the case of imported material where the foreign Paper & Board
Trade Customs accept higher tolerances, then the Paper & Board
Trade Customs of the producing mill for the first time being in force
shall apply. Details of Paper & Board Trade Customs are obtainable
from the Seller’s address.
Returns
Subject to agreement we may accept the return of unused cancelled orders provided
our original delivery costs, together with any collection costs, are
deducted in full from any settlement.
Collections
With prior agreement orders may be collected from our warehouse at short notice, between
8.30 am and 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday, (Collection Address: Mill
Lane Industrial Estate, Kirby Road, Glenfield, Leicester. LE3 8DX).
Minimum Order Value
We are happy to accept small orders but we reserve the right to
make a minimum charge of £50.00.
Terms
Prices for standard sheet stocks are quoted per 1000 sheets, the minimum
quantity being 200 sheets. Prices are subject to alteration without
notice.
Payment
Strictly one month nett from month invoiced.
VAT
All prices quoted will be subject to V.A.T. at the current rate.
Sales Policy
All sales are subject to our Standard Terms of trading a copy of which can be found on our website www.warrenboard.co.uk or by calling our sales office who will send a copy. We will not sell our goods on any other terms. They contain a clause retaining ownership of all the goods we sell you until all sums that are due to us from you have been paid.
